(E Minor, Ionian mode)

In this tune, there is an opportunity to cover the bottom register extensively, which spans all three rows on the right hand side of the concertina.

PART I:

Bar 1 may be played on the inside row.

Bar 2 may be played on the middle, with the exception of the F sharp.

Bar 3, again with the exception of F sharp, may be played on the middle row.

Bar 4, with the exception of the low A, may be played on the middle row.

The low A, with proper regard to bellows balance, may be played on the inside row.

Bar 5 may be played along the middle row, with the exception of the F sharp.

Bar 6 may be played along the inside row with the exception of the low D and F sharp which should be played on the same key on the bottom row.

Bar 7 may be played along the middle row, with the exception of the top G, B and C natural in the early grace note run, all of which must be played along the bottom rows.

Bar 8 may be played along the inside row.

PART II:

Bar 1 may be played along the middle row, with the exception of the top G, bars 2, 3, 4 and 5 may be played completely along the inside rows.

Bars 6 and 7 are played along the middle row, with the exception of the bottom D and F which are played along the inside row on the same key and the top octave from D to B.

Bar 8 may be played along the inside row.
